Panasonic GD67 & Variants
When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand.
Step 1. Release and open the I/O cover and remove the battery cover.
Step 2. Remove the battery.

Step 3. The picture below assumes you are using the official Panasonic tool, however the same result can be achieved using two small screwdrivers. Unclip the I/O cover from the phone and insert the tool (or screwdrivers) under the retaining spring and release the spring from its housing.

Step 4. Insert a thin plastic shim (an old credit card is good for this) into the side of the phone and slide it towards the top to release all the clips.
Step 5. Shown below are all the clips you need to release to separate the fascia and body of the handset.
Step 6. Apply outward pressure to the two lugs (marked A & B) to remove the PCB from the chassis.
Step 7. Release the two
clips (marked A & B) to remove the screen from the PCB.

Step 8. Remove the keypad
from the fascia by pressing on the navigation key.

Step 9. Remove the
microphone by using tweezers inserted through the slot in the housing shown
below.

Step 10. Lift one of the
lugs on the speaker and remove it from the chassis.

Step 11. The vibra motor
simply lifts from the chassis.

Step 12. Apply pressure to
the lugs (A & B) to release the aerial from the chassis.
